Damn! This puff is really crispy 😍 This is a huge choux puff baked with a crispy craquelin and stuffed to the brim with Azuki Matcha Ice Cream. The craquelin (chocolate flavoured if I'm not wrong) really made the choux pastry really crispy. As for the ice cream, it was really creamy and did not melt too fast. πŸ™‚ However, I wished the matcha flavour was stronger ☹️ as all I tasted was the azuki beans which was quite in abundance in the ice cream. Overall, the combination of crunchy and creamy was great!

It's recommended to eat the ice cream with the spoon first. Then, once the ice cream is half finished, squeeze the remaining ice cream between the choux puff and eat it like an ice cream sandwich πŸ˜— Glad I heeded their advice and OH MY GOSH, it was super-licious (Super delicious haha) I do not know how they managed to keep the choux puff warm and crispy but eating it with the cold ice cream was πŸ’―

Would love to come back again πŸ€—

Description: Avocado πŸ₯‘, Beetroot hummus, cherry tomatoes πŸ…, grilled vegetables πŸ₯’πŸ†, and corn 🌽 on romaine πŸ₯— with passionfruit and orange 🍊 vinaigrette

Price: $10.90

This bowl is a little pricey but they are really generous and it settled well for my lunch.
Best thing I loved about this bowl is the vinaigrette. πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘πŸ» It goes really well with the grilled vegetables and the romaine. It coated the fresh salad really well such that very bite came with a refreshing, sweet tang. 😍 Whenever I buy my own avocadoes, I will always end up with at least one out of three of them being over ripe or under ripe 😞 But their avocado was so nice and creamy and PERFECT. 😝 Hummus was well seasoned and it was a perfect dip for the fresh cherry tomatoes on my plate. Overall, I felt that everything went well together in the bowl and I enjoyed every bite of it. πŸ˜‹ One thing I would tweak is to add some crushed nuts πŸ₯œ on top that would give a little extra texture to the wonderful bowl.

The cone was so big!!! Bigger than I expected it to be. Good for two to share. Now this soft Serve is really for matcha lovers out there. The matcha flavour was so intense and it was not sweet at all, even slightly bitter! I loved it so much as it was so creamy and reminded me of a matcha latte. I liked that it wasn't sweet at all too as it made me feel like I was drinking the actual tea itself 🍡 It actually felt healthy!?!? Hahaha I know it's not. They also sell it in a charcoal cone but I wasn't convinced to get it as I did not understand why it cost 70cents more for a black cone. MATCHA LOVERS you HAVE TO try this. It will definitely leave you feeling zen πŸ’†πŸ».

This is a really good baguette!! The bread was so crispy on the outside, chewy and fluffy on the inside (one of the best baguettes I had) Tofu's black pepper marinate was not bad too. The variety of vegetables in the baguette also added a refreshing touch and an amazing depth of flavour. But I don't really like spicy food so I thought they could have gone down a little on the black pepper. Hoped they had other choices of tofu (like sweet and sour sauce tofu) as I realised the same black pepper tofu is used for all dishes with tofu hahahaha.

Staff was okay, not friendly but not rude either. Their restaurant interior was really beautiful πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘πŸ» Overall, good place to have affordable and yummy Vietnamese food.

Unfortunately, this place do not serve some of the most popular Thai food like pineapple fried rice or mango sticky rice :(( Staff was okay, not friendly but not rude either. Their restaurant interior was really beautiful πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘πŸ» Overall, good place to have affordable and yummy Thai food.

Salted caramel buttermilk wafflesβ€”$12.50
Truffle shoestring friesβ€”$8

Wonderful food, wonderful company, wonderful place. Salted caramel waffles was just as good as I remembered since the last time I tried it. Crispy and fluffy on the inside. Served warm with an indulgent scoop of rich, creamy vanilla ice cream and a generous drizzle of salted caramel sauce. Waffles wasn't as crispy as the previous time I tried but still taste as good.

Plus, first time trying their truffle fries. 🍟 So so yummy!! The strong aroma of truffle made me drool as I hurriedly took a picture. Parmesan piled high on the golden and crispy fries. Fries were so crispy that some broke into half when I attacked it with my fork πŸ˜› This plate of truffle fries is definitely one of the best I have eaten so far.

I really love Atlas Coffeehouse. From its lovely ambience and chic interior to its friendly staff. A great place for a nice cup of coffee β˜•οΈ and a peaceful atmosphere to catch up with whatever work you have on hand. I like how they have large tables to cater to large groups of people too.

Price wised, its super worth the money. With the generous portions and mouth watering (the truffle fries literally) choices, you can rest assure that your money would be very well-spent.

Almond noodles $6

cheap and good!!
The almond sauce was so fragrant and delicious. Yummly nutty. I like how it was thick enough to coat every stand of noodles. Almond flavour was really prominent. I also liked the fact that there was plenty of vegetables in it, ranging from grated carrot, sliced cabbage and pea sprouts (I think) They added a refreshing crunch to every bite. Good portion size and worth the money. They also serve many other healthy and organic dishes. And the prices are quite cheap for a restaurant-quality meal.

((On a side note, Place is air conditioned so you can enjoy food in comfort. They also have a market and bread shop just next to their restaurant. Don't be shy to pop by after your meal at their restaurant :))

Egglet waffles (half buttermilk half red velvet) with three scoops of ice cream (Hazelnut Rocher, Dark Angel and Taro Yam & Coconut) and 2 toppings (drizzle of chocolate sauce & 2 picky sticks)

Really Instagram worthy. This is probably the reason why it was so crowded despite it being a really really tiny but cosy cafe.

The Taro Yam and coconut ice cream stood out!! It was really creamy and delicious. Would recommend this flavour!! Dark angel and Hazelnut Rocher was not bad on their own too, not exceptional, but flavours were textbook.

The waffles were really tasty too. Although it could have been more crisper, but I like how it absorbed the ice cream and became messy and soggy but really delicious mmmmm (Waffles are also freshly made so it's warmth contrasted well with the cold ice cream🍦)

However, I wish that they were more generous with their toppings. Perhaps instead of two, 3-4 toppings could be perfect for three scoops of ice cream.

Great experience overall, from the atmosphere to the food. For the best experience, bring a group of friends or your family along. Speaking from experience, I came here with my family and it was really nice to dig the goodness all from one cone together while talking about how good it was. The cone of goodness was devoured really quickly, leaving us craving for more. There wasn't even a chance for the melting ice cream to drip out from the bottom of the cone. Also, we weren't sure if the waffles was the best we had. One thing for sure though, we'll definitely come back for moreπŸ‘πŸ»πŸ˜‹

Price: $8.20 (waffle) + $4.10 (one scoops ice cream); on Tuesdays, waffles are half priced @$4.10)

The cookie dough ice cream was πŸ’―πŸ’― The ice cream was really really creamy however I wished they were more generous with the cookie dough in the ice cream as it kinda taste like normal vanilla ice cream on some bites. Waffles was really crispy and hot when served. However it got really soggy which wasn't too my liking. But the amazing ice cream which was really good made up for it 🍦🍦 Would come back for their ICECREAM in a cone XD but their Waffles? I'll consider it on Tuesdays (when their waffles are half-priced πŸ˜›)

Abundance of mushroom, tomato sauce and cheese πŸ‘πŸ» plus served to me piping hot πŸ’―πŸ’―

It truly lives up to its award of the best Gelato πŸ˜‹ So so creamy with streaks of thick Pistachio ganache? (I think) it also really nutty and the Pistachio flavour came through quite well. Both savoury and sweet, a really good after-meal indulgence.
