Small little restaurant with 2 levels along Haji lane with a pretty nice and quiet ambience. Ordered the fish and chips, burrata, Welsh rarebit and an iced long black. The food was pretty decent, however overall we felt that it was slightly pricey. I would recommend to try their sourdough bread - that really stood out and paired well with the burrata! The fish and chips was really fresh! However, the long black was pretty diluted.

A generous serving of tender pork with savory marinade wrapped in mildly crispy quesadillas, this hearty starter whetted our appetite for what was to come!

This was our second time at Steakgrill and we ordered the Ribeye. The meat was amazing and juicy and cooked to medium-rare perfectly. The mac-and-cheese was not to be outdone either. Below the crusty, golden-brown outer layer was oozing cheesy goodness. What a perfect dish!

Beer battered fish and chips - Very good! We really enjoyed this! The batter was tasty and crispy and the fish itself was very fresh and thick! Serving size was perfect, wasn’t too big or small! The fries were decent as well.

If you visit, do try the sweet potato fries as those were the bomb! :)

Deep fried pork chops - these were delicious! The batter was pretty flavourful and the pork itself was rather tender and juicy. However, we felt that the serving size was pretty small and would be a little expensive if you don’t use the burpple 1 for 1 deal!

Used the burpple 1 for 1 deal for this and I wasn’t disappointed! The steak was very tender and flavourful (no whiskey flavour though)! Highly recommended! :)

Squid ink bone marrow ($13) - WOW. Just wow! This is definitely a must try if you visit this cafe! The bone marrow was so flavourful and delicious, and don’t get me started on the amazingly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside bread. The bread was so delicious on its own and eating it together with the bone marrow was simply mind blowing! Highly recommended!

Also, the truffle fries with kombu was one of the best truffle fries I’ve had in Singapore!

Duck confit tagliatelle - Used the burpple beyond for mains and this was one of them! Despite it being pasta, this dish had a very Asian spin to it. I would say it was a bit of a mix between a normal pasta and a horfan. Duck was pretty flavourful as well! Nothing mind blowing about it, but definitely worth a try!

Ordered the signature hazelnut praline Choux ($14) and I must say that it was very well balanced! The hazelnut cream was rich and creamy and paired well with the light and airy pastry! Wasn’t too sweet as well!

Came here because of the burpple 1 for 1 deal and it was really worth it! The menu has many unique choices, which you can’t find in other KBBQ places, such as lychee pork belly, bak kwa pork belly and many more! The food is also pretty decent! I highly recommend the black pepper fish and garlic pork belly, it was a hot favourite for my party. The buffet also comes with icecream and there were 8 flavours (if I recall correctly), which was a nice touch to end the meal off!

The only bad thing is that the place is a little smokey and the floors are quite oily, but it didn’t really bother us. Overall, a great value for money meal and will definitely go again!

Had the mocha latte, a pretty decent cuppa I would say! But try dipping the biscuit provided into the coffee - it brought it to a whole new level! Pretty satisfactory :)

The provolone cheese on this burger was really the star of the show here! It’s rare that you get a burger with a thick layer of provolone cheese, which really brought this burger to the next level! Patty was pretty average, but overall, a decent burger. Fries were well seasoned and crispy!
