the sourdough here had a really nice flavor but what i like most about mr kneady’s is the small sizes they offer! allowing us to finish the bread without it getting stale

Used the Burpple 1-for-1 but honestly I’d come back here even without a promotion! One of the best brunch spots I have ever been to. Highly recommend their Gashouse Eggs ($13) but their matcha latte was rather diluted

Jaychou’s favorite bubble tea store has finally opened its doors for Singapore and needless to say, we fell in love with it. 💕Beautiful designs ranging from the stores to the drinks (i actually really liked their overalls outfit! 🤧), it fits perfectly in Arab St’s aesthetics.

Despite their title as the God of Cheese Foam, we tried their Black Milk Tea ($4), which had a deep earth fragrance paired with a honey aftertaste. Their Brown Sugar Latte ($5.5) also took my by surprise with the subtle charred notes of the brown sugar 🍼

“不爱泡泡茶就拉倒吧!😤”

Was rather disappointed at the lack of any sort of lavender flavor in the cake, and the semi hard texture that it had. It’s only saving grace is that the cream was light and refreshing

Absolutely loved how spacious and vibey the place was. Spent a few hours working there and it was definitely one of the more productive sessions. The coffee was very bitter, so if you have a sweet tooth, this might not be down your alley 😩

Their Burnt Cheesecake was certainly not a let down. We absolutely loved the combination of the firm exterior which wrapped around the gooey, cheesy centre. We expected an additional charred/caramelized flavor from the singed surface but there was none. But then again, we wouldn’t really know what to expect for our first try 🧀

As the combination of 4 different cheeses resulted in a concoction with a sweeter edge, we recommend pairing the cheesecake with a good cuppa. Brewed with robusta beans, their coffee have a strong bitter flavor with a subtle charred aftertaste ☕️

Spent more time choosing a pot of coffee than actually drinking it 😩. @bachacoffeeofficial offers over 200 single origin from 33 different countries. Each pot of coffee costs around $9 and can fill about 4 cups. It’s a whole new experience here; no fancy latte art or frothed milk, to allow us to fully savor the complex layers of embedded in the brew ☕️

The tteokbokki buffet, Dookki, roughly translate to ‘two meals’. That means that you start off with a steamy army stew hotpot and end your meal by cooking your own rendition of kimchi fried rice.

We would’ve preferred a wider variety of meat but all they had was chicken, sausages and luncheon meat. Nevertheless, it was quite worth-it for a $18.9 buffet.

Yes, you didn’t read that wrong. The Tomato Strawberry Sorbet is just one of the multiple exotic flavors that gelato cafe Bread & Buttery carry. Despite my strong distaste for strawberry flavored desserts, a single taste of this odd pairing compelled me to choose it instantly. Rather than a revolting artificial medicinal taste, there was a refreshing burst of fruitiness, followed by a tangy, tomato-y finish 🍅

Debatable statement, but they say that the simple things in life are often the best. Thus, Shake Shack’s Double Shackburger- 2 juicy, crusty patties smeared with a secret burger sauce, sandwiched between 2 fluffy potato buns- might just land a spot in that category. Without a doubt, there are better burgers out there, but at $11? My vote goes to Shake Shack

Alchemist’s house blend- Dark Matter- has stolen my heart with its nutty and chocolatey notes. I’m not a huge fan of mocha, but the subtle hint of cocoa added an interesting layer in its taste profile, as well as giving the coffee a fuller body ☕️

Bought YY Kafei Dian’s breakfast set for a lavish price of $4.1 and honestly, while it was a refreshing experience from the kopitiam/yakun classic toasts, it’s not something that i’d frequently patronize simply because of how its price. Despite that, you have to give them credit for their cloud-like buns. Would’ve preferred more spread, given how thick the bread was though,,,
