It’s thirst quenching and has minimal bitterness, perfect for that after work alcohol soirée.
The light mouthfeel coupled with a crisp and clean finish is good for that al fresco sit down by the Singapore River whilst waiting for the fly by and fireworks.
@level33_sg will be, for the first time, collaborating with another brewery (@twobirdsbrewing ) on a seasonal beer. In addition, @archan_n , the new Executive Chef, will be introducing some delectable dishes to pair wonderfully with the beer. Can’t wait! Thanks guys for letting me be part of this amazing journey.
This one was a IPA with a nice topping of its infused ice cream. Lovely for a summer’s day and perhaps the most deceptive in ABV perspective. Fittingly, the crown jewel on the board and one that you can savour (and not steal). You’ve not been to Stockholm if you haven’t had an @omnipolloshatt ice cream beer.
Have more adult beverages. G+Ts at the specialist gin bar is the only way to go for a boozy afternoon soirée. #tbt to when spirits were high and lusting for more. Awesome hang!
It has hop characteristics of tropical fruits (pineapple and passionfruit), pine and herbs. Can’t wait to taste it.
Niigata sake as part of the @interriceasia sake tasting and warehouse sale to celebrate their 11th anniversary. The Yamahai version was a wet dream for me.
Is this coming to Singapore? You’ll have to ask @gweilobeer . Thanks for taking care of us guys!
@brewlander TFP-004 “Beware the Seagulls” Best Bitter in cask-condition is as British as it gets. Seasonal and limited, its 2nd run starts now at @goodluckbeerhouse . Get it before it runs out...for good.
Congratulations @justdaryl on this great beer launch and showing home brewers that dreams do come through!
In my case, the taps board at @freehousesg where 16 taps of good craft beer in various styles to satiate you. If you’re lucky, you’ll find that symbiotic craft relationship between you and the bartender; if so, you’ll never have that “which beer” dilemma, you just close your eyes and it will be alright.
A chance introduction to Waka, has ignite that part of me which yearns for a simple and balanced concoction. Thank you for taking care of me.
