The chicken was fried till every bite you take there is a crunchy sound to it! But the meat was slightly dry, XBC said today was not the best. Served with sourdough bread as the base with 2 huge scoop of ricotta and avocado and finally finished with roasted nuts and pomelo on the top. This dish is just simple and light. Too bad they did not have my curly fries!!! 😭

My experience with The Lokal was great. Their food are always fresh and I don't think they add any food additives.

Great food bring people together but it's the awesome people that makes the food enjoyable.
The main star is actually the cheese pork ribs. The meat comes off easily without and effort and the ribs are coated with cheese! How can anything works bad with cheese . (I'm biased😁) The rest of the dishes was just mediocre. But if you had yet try the Cheese Deng-galbi and you are nearby. Why not give it a shot ?

The melon taste was just nice for me, it did not left any strong aftertaste. There are still ice crystals, but the soft served ice cream is still Smooth especially in this TMD Hot weather. For everything Japan, I think you can really head to Liang Court.

I am back to populus again to try their new menu and their coffee. Populus uses beans from 2 degree north. The mocha is Super rich with chocolate flavour. I totally love it! Could it be my Next option beside nylon?
