Rejoice all sweet tooth lovers!
It's a different side of Shibuya toast like after you. The Shiberty toast was crispy soft making eating it enjoyable! The huge ass dark chocolate was decent, maybe coco was mild and the fruits was not soak in any kind of syrup. But the ice cream was a slight disappointment as icicle could be taste. I managed to ask them and they told me it was taken from the supplier. Overall it was still a delightful dessert!

The puff outer layer is crispy and not dry and the core is just awesome! It is filled with full load of chocolate cream. It is not very sweet and gelat. However I hope it has a stronger flavour so it could have the shiok factor.
Ps. It will get a little messy and maybe unglam as you lick the cream off the plate😆.

This time located at the open field just beside Marina Bay Sands. The event will be there from 12-15 May showcasing well know restaurant like salt and tapas.
This burger is stacked with Wagyu Beef, Sicilian Tomato, A whole load of Pecorino Cheese And finally topped with Spicy Mustard. They pan fried the base of the bread making it soft on the outside but crispy on the base. The wagyu beef is well marinated and soft and the Cheese made it much more sinful only.... Be warn this burger is not for sharing. One is never enough... The burger was sold out on the first day of the event !

As for the food wise, we were told that they ran out of the C4 bombs 😭. So we tried their pasta. It was ok, not too oily, the prawns are still ok. But there was no... As they say "al dente" silkines.

The Pan Seared Black Cod was pan fried perfectly. The cod was meaty making eating it enjoyable, plus it is drizzle with salted egg sauce making the fish much more milky and flavourful! Let's not forget the Yuzu dressing salad that lighten up our taste buds! •

As for the taste, the Boston lobster was too firm and it was not sweet as I have expected. One of the lobster, did had roe in it. The roe sure made the lobster more flavourful

As for the brown crab, it was a show stunner! I had Nvr taste before brown crab and this is mine first time seeing it. I could taste the natural sweetness of the sea. I just kept sucking the legs and savage a the meat I can find. Not forgetting the amount of roe we found under the head of the crab 😱. The portion was huge. We were kept being stared at but who cares no Body is going to stop us from eating! 😤

Ps. Still wondering why the staffs was shouting at the oyster section ? Could it be because they found pearls ? •

The best cure for stress is to eat. The best thing to eat is what? Desserts ! Back at Shiberty again, this time with a Mission and that's to eat until I am destress.
The toast was a bit too hard today and the matcha toast was underwhelming. I would still prefer the classic toast. But the matcha ice cream texture was better than the pervious visit. It was quite smooth and there was little icicles.

This time for their waffles! 😁 I required some sugar rush especially after the A&P paper... The waffles was Super crispy and it was not hard at all. I could taste hints of red velvet drizzle with the white chocolate which was not very sweet. As for the ice cream, it was quite smooth and Its was better than the last time I was there. I did not managed to try the strawberry, because it was all snatch away Lor!
If you prefer crispy waffles, I think this would do some justification.
