True to its name, they serve a variety of fusion sushi e.g. New York-inspired, classics with a twist, etc. For sushi recommendations, go for the Salmon Belly Osaka Sushi (RM20.8) if you're into salmon and garlic-onion flavors, Rock Shrimp Martini (RM18.8) for shrimp tempura served in a classy way, and Fuji Volcano Roll (RM12.8 for half roll, RM23.8 for full portion) for a slightly spicy symphony of prawn, scallops, seaweed and crab stick. However, if you're feeling generous, there's much reason to up the budget for the Teppan Lunch Course (RM150).
