All-day economical bee hoon that was pretty damn good. 2 happy people fed for $7.90 and after 10 years the price of a plate of bee hoon remains unchanged at 60 cents. The bee hoon was cooked perfectly and I doused it with the sweet and sour chilli sauce. And the chicken wings, oh the chicken wings were to die for. Super crisp and juicy omg so so good. You have to try this the next time you're here, look for the stall with the long queue. This really is a Singaporean hawker institution.
Clearly working my appetite this labour day. What about you?

After so many year of hearing supposedly the best chicken rice in Singapore, I braved through the 30 minutes line and the fucking heat for this gem. The rice was just right amount of stickiness, lightness and fragrance. And Dude the chicken! The chicken was succulent as fuck. We ordered half chicken (half roast and half white) for two. Throughout the whole meal I thought I was dreaming. The whole experience was sensational. One thing I was quite disappointed about was the fact that they don't serve you the traditional black thick soy sauce and ginger that you'd usually have with chicken rice. 'it will ruin the taste of the rice' said the uncle. Fuck man you don't tell me how to eat my food bitch.

At everton park. With No sugar syrup. Can really taste the soya beans.
