An awesome combination of lightly salted fresh rocket, sugared figs, pomegranate seeds, feta cheese, roasted walnuts and crunchy quinoa. This is one of my favourite dishes at Kilo.

Settled within Pact, a destination emporium which is trying to reinvent traditional notions of retail in Singapore, Kilo At Pact is a great venue be it for friends to hang out, have a cozy lunch and after-dinner drinks. Try to reserve a table when possible because the place is usually crowded!

Healthy & Fresh. That's what Bibigo is all about. For those who have tried enough Korean cuisine (which is gaining immense popularity among local foodies by the way), just think Bibigo as the 'lighter' version of the well-loved Korean cuisine. Bibimbap, also known as traditional mixed rice with assorted vegetables, is one of my favourite orders when it comes to Korean food. You can select from the menu how you like your bibimbap to be mixed. In this case, Bibigo offers a good selection of meat and rice so diners can create their bibimbap to his/her own preference. It looks light but is in fact very filling and satisfying at the end of the meal. You don't feel overwhelmed. That said, some might find the taste to be more towards the bland side, depending on your taste preference. The accompanying Kohot sauce is sweet and should go well with the entire serving.

I'm quite a fan of Jones the Grocer and I make sure I pop by this popular Australian eatery at least once a month. I have to say thought that Jones the Grocer is not perfect and does have a few hits and misses.

This is one of their misses.

At S$21, one would expect more on the plate with the Chicken Schnitzel. The free-range chicken cutlet is well fried, with a proportionate coat of partisan and panko crumbs and was served to me piping hot but I find the serving size rather disappointing. Would be great if the Schnitzel comes with a portion of fries. The accompanying shaved cabbage slaw is nothing to shout about also.

Not exactly something I would order again if I feel big on appetite.
