This is an authentic Nyonya dish. However, it's not very well cooked at this restaurant. I think the curry doesn't taste 'curry' enough.

These are my frozen durian supply. I hope one day i can have durian supply all year long in Sarawak just like in West Malaysia. I'm missing SS2, Petaling Jaya.

Friends brought this back from Japan. All are individually packed mug filter that sit nicely in top of your mug. I saw similar product in Taiwan too.

This is a traditional (Foochow) dish. Popular and tasty. The noodle is fried first before cooking in soy sauce gravy. I grow up eating this and have always craved for it.

Yee shang means sashimi or raw fish. This is the dish that normally eaten during Lunar New Year eve. We toss the concoction as high as we can with chopsticks while saying some auspicious words. This is a concoction arranged by me in the buffet dinner. I use plum sauce instead of honey.
