We loved the food here. The Unagi was charred nicely and the portions were huge. We celebrated my mom’s birthday here and the staff were so warm and friendly. Highly recommended.
Came to try after a friend recommended. The noodles were springy and wantons/dumplings were flavourful. That said I felt the dish was just average and could have been better with more gravy. For 4.50 a bowl, it likely fair for what what you get, though there are better options elsewhere.
Came here for the lunch set and we ordered the Yakitori and duck pasta sets. The food was decent and the servings were huge. (Even more worth it with burpple 1 for 1). The sets come with chawanmushi, salad, miso soup and fruits at the end!
We had the Fun-Guy and Fowl play. The latter had a generous amount of meat though it tasted a little plain. We liked the Fun- Guy better. They had good coffee too!
We had the barramundi and pork mains and both are recommended. The barramundi was delicious and fresh. The pork was more special and heavier in flavour. The service here was really great as well!
Came here for the 1-1 3 course set meals and loved it!For appetisers, we had the lamb and octopus and they were awesome. The octopus was tender and the lamb (pictured above) was flavourful.
Both dishes were good and portions generous. We had the truffle beef bowl and the mentaiko salmon don.
The food was decent and the portions were reasonable. Service was great too! Definitely should give it a try especially if you have Burpple beyond!
Interesting concept, just tell them what flavours you like and they’ll make something for you! This was a yuzu gin with egg white and rose petals. Their yuzu is specially flown in from Japan weekly and the cocktail was yummy!
They have a wide selection of pastas and we tried the minced pork with creamy truffle sauce and the Italian sausage with tomato base. Both were great!
This place is lovely and we tried the duck hash and the works breakfast. Both food items were good and portions generous. The only downside is the waiting time for a seat on weekends. Might be a good idea to make a reservation before coming.
Quite a good deal with Burpple beyond but on its own the eclairs are quite steeply priced. The eclairs were not too bad but nothing special to shout about. Had some Americano to go along and their coffee was not too bad as well.
