A layer of wonderfully tender and beautifully seasoned pork collar over some good ol’ homemade mashed potatoes! What a soulfully delicious southern dish!

Got the grass fed Angus rib-eye with the Burpple 1-4-1 deal and it did not disappoint! The steak was a beautiful medium-rare, just the way I like it! The steak was tender and packed full of rich flavor. Kudos to the chef!

The immaculate, fall-off-the-bone tender Iberico ribs over a rich, creamy bed of warm risotto was definitely a perfect way to end off the year!

The choice of ingredients and preparation definitely showed the chef’s masterful skill by transforming a local classic into a truly gourmet experience while still retaining a rustic identity. 💯

I never would have thought that I could enjoy such a high quality meal in the comfort of my own home. Can’t wait to try out more of their dishes soon!

Made a reservation with a +1 on a Saturday evening and we were seated and attended to very quickly by the friendly staff.

With their simple and straightforward order sheet, we got the (surprisingly sweet) tomato broth and their signature chicken collagen broth (must try)! Had 10 servings of premium Australian Wagyu along with an assortment of fried dishes, vegetables, staples, and desserts. Almost all of the food was of surprisingly high quality especially for a buffet-style restaurant!

Service staff were very attentive and took the initiative to refill our drinks and broth, even without us having to ask.

The only downside is that there are no dipping sauces provided here, which is unusual for Shabu Shabu buffets.

Still, definitely worth a try!
