Waiting time no more than 15 mins when we arrived on a Sunday at 12:30pm for lunch - not too bad. The ē”Ÿę»¾ē²„ and ę²¹ē‚ø鬼 are very good. Will definitely come back to Mui Kee whenever we crave for congee!

In general itā€™s not too bad. However their signature dish, sweet and sour pork, according to them is made the traditional way and comes only with fat and no meat, it is not to our taste to eat chunks of fat in fried batter... If we would have known we would not have ordered it at all. I guess we are more adapted to the modern version of Cantonese better...

I enjoyed the atmosphere very much that night. Sushi master went into a lot more details about the ingredients and where do they come from. We enjoyed the food more after knowing more background. Chef is very attentive to details which is a must to be a good sushi master. Will definitely go again.

It is probably our to-go place now for casual sushi dinner. Glad that we discover this Japanese restaurant in Suntec Mall. The set priced at $59 which I think is reasonable and it comes with generous size of sushi.

We did not made a reservation, lined up for 30 mins on a Friday night and get the bar table seat in front of the grilling station. The eels are all coal grill, very traditional. Sauce slightly on the sweet side but I like it so with the Hokkaido rice. The set comes with Dashi so you can finish with a heartwarming bowl of soup. Will go again if I crave for unagi rice bowl.

Loving this locally sourced, farm to table restaurant. Simple ingredients but very tasty. Fulfilling by the quality not quantity! I like it.

We came here for our ā€œWinter Solsticeā€ dinner (itā€™s the Chinese Thanksgiving when the family comes together for a feast, itā€™s the most important dinner in a year for Chinese families, at least for the Cantonese....)

The food and service is the expected quality of a Shang Palace. I think if you want to go for authentic Cantonese food and the Shang Palace at any Shangri-la hotel is always a safe choice. Comfortable place, not too crowd and not too noisy, considered it is the day of Winter Solstice, thought there would be many families eating out, but we managed to get a table walk in. We tried their ēˆµå£«ę¹Æ, which is a famous soup for a prominent person in Singapore, but it tasted lighter than we thought. The soup recipe calls for many ingredients and should include the melon in it but itā€™s not sweet as expected. We cantonese are very particular about their soup! Normally other restaurant would serve the soup with a bit of every ingredient so one can know what goes in the soup.

The French toast is super puffy and soft. Itā€™s severed while it is still hot, the golden syrup is exactly the right taste, very satisfactory as a weekend afternoon tea.
