Nice balance of Aroma and Sweetness. THE PREFECT CUP OF LATTE.

Golden delicious sprayed with vinegar. Even my mom who don’t eat fried stuff, said that it was GOOD. The prefect fried sotong was the testimonial of the chef’s skill. To our surprise they used different type of fillet to mixed up the flavors.

Incredible island to travel. 3 hours from end to end. Sampled multiple food stalls. I highly recommended the oyster, honey ice cream and cheese stalls. .
.
Large oyster from Get Shucked, Cheese from beer and cheese and honey ice cream Bruny Island honey. .
.
I find their cheese and beer owner was very smart. Bread, Beer and cheese? The bread and beer shared the malt. The cheese wash was reused into the beer. 🤔🤔🤔

Small but complex market. Their green r cheaper than Sat market. . .
I recommend their bacon burger. All in one breakfast set. Only on every Sunday from 8 till 1.

If you are not afraid of the fishy taste, I highly recommend the umi. $11 for the taste of the sea. Fried octopus was crazily good. Soft texture but it was a little over seasoned.

For every Wednesday night, Queen Victoria Market would transformed into a magical night market packed with food according to the monthly theme. .
.
Maybe the meat in Australia was really good. Their roasted was tender and well seasoned. Named the best pizza in town.
.
.
To avoid long Q, go as early as 5pm, you would have the space and time to decide on what to eat.

One of the destinations by many Yarra Valley Tour group. .
.
The best part of self drive tour was that we could chose which location to stay a little longer. So we chose this. .
.
Google might not gave them a 4+ rating but we definitely did. Soft fresh goat cheese, feta in spiced oil, cheese curds with herb and best with saffron and pear sauce. The taste of the goat might be too strong for some, so u consider ordering other harder cheese instead.

Crowd from all over drew by the insane trending IG post. I must said that I am very shocked by the price. Ranged from $5.50 to $13.50 for a pastry. .
.
They recommended the lemon custard($7.50) and sticky data ($13.50). .
.
For the lemon custard, Sour sweet took turns playing the lead on palate. But the dense interior texture hit a missing tone. .
Lastly I highly recommend the sticky data. Sticky data, caramelized walnut and fresh whipped cream. 😍😍😍

Only for dine in. Razor thin braised tongue. Soft toasted Brioche. Overall is OKAY! Maybe because our Asian palate wasn’t use to the egg salad with pickles.

The ieat set, $68+, comes with 6 courses and one miso soup with ice cream. Quality was their best seller. Chef Thomas with decades years of experience killed all the sashimi and sushi dishes. Even the cooked dishes was excellent! Other than its location, all was too good to be real. Next time I would try their other Omakase meal. .
.
Kyuubei 🏠: Village Hotel Changi.

Fried Beancurd and fish cake. Bell pepper, lady finger and eggplant. Side with laksa or curry mee. The skilled cook gave the perfect brown on the ingredient placed with light and umami soup. It was a good place to dine but I won’t Q to eat there.

Messy and delicious. Shared table with the locals and shouting across to order! Savory curry, charred chicken and tender sotong. Inexpensive ingredients made tasty with love and time. I could almost smell the dishes while i am sharing this experience. For those who is planning to visit Ipoh, this is a MUST GO!
