Carrying a spread of different American beef .Season bistro has done well with this Kimberly red 120 day grain fed beef cooked to perfection .it was served with roasted garlic mash which was amazingly good . Best mash in Singapore to date for sure .

This was the 2nd course of the beer pairing dinner .The sustainable yellow fin tuna was my favourite dish of the night . Coated with gmoa , green onions , macadamia & papaya .it was faultless and absolutely Divine !
