The Wine Cove offers an extensive wine list, and although I'm not much of a drinker myself I still enjoyed the white wine (Savian Pinot Grigio Venezia) I got.

For cold dishes, the tuna mini cone had unique visuals and texture, where the tender tuna was wrapped in the crunchy cone. This dish had a sesame dressing which made it very fragrant as well.

I wouldn't say I'm a big fan of peppers, but the padron peppers we got were nicely fried and well seasoned - and it paired nicely with the white wine I had.

Other food we had included the roasted romanesco and squid ink yakimeshi. Both dishes were delicious, and I particularly enjoyed the latter dish, as the rice was chewy and provided an interesting mouthfeel (and an explosion of flavour!)

We ended our meal with the cheesecake, where the berry sauce provided a nice contrast and acidity to the soft, rich, creamy cake.

Good ambience and the staff were super friendly as well! (Toilet was also clean which is a nice bonus lol)

Ordered mentaiko salmon bowl and lemongrass pandan drink. The drink was very fragrant and refreshing. The bowl came with salmon, egg, broccoli and pearl rice. Salmon was well cooked and didn't taste fishy, and it paired well with the rice. Broccoli added to the visuals of the dish, giving it a nice pop of colour.

The creaminess of the egg, the mentaiko on the salmon, the teriyaki sauce in the rice and the furikake all blended together in a beautiful medley of flavours, coating every grain of plump pearl rice and delivering an absolutely delicious mouthful every time.

Overall a filling and delicious meal.

Had the Malakoff et Salade Coucou (pictured), the cheese was perfectly fried and the salad super refreshing. Also ordered salmon rosti and the filet mignon (pork tenderloin) - the potato was crisp on the edges and extremely filling, and I really liked the sauce served with the meat as well. The pork also came with a side dish of your choice. We chose the spatzle pasta, which tasted super interesting (in a good way) and also has a very enjoyable texture. Lastly ended with dessert - the meringue and doubke cream. It was so delicious, the cream was rich and was complemented perfectly with the tart berries, and the meringue rounded it off with a different texture and a much appreciated sweetness.

The service was also good and overall the ambience was nice as well.

I had the garlic and white wine mussels, tortilla set (pictured), pork ribs and oreo milkshake.

The garlic and white wine mussels were extremely fragrant and had a good flavour, while the tortilla set came with extremely generous portions.

The pork ribs came with 2 sides of your choice, and my friend and I chose coleslaw and corn bread. The ribs were tender and had a delightful smokiness to it, though it was also slightly dry. I didn't know what to expect for the corn bread, but it was very aromatic and was soft, warm and crumbly. Coleslaw was just like any other coleslaw (but I love coleslaw so not a problem for me).

Very helpful staff and good ambience also, would definitely recommend!

I tried the red bean and purple rice yogurt drink and it was absolutely delicious. It tastes fresh and the yogurt flavour was very strong. The purple rice bits also added a nice chew to the drink. All in all a healthy and filling drink!

The brulee french toast was absolutely delicious. The light and fluffy cream that came with it paired well with the tartness of the berries, and the candied bacon added a nice tinge of saltiness and a delightful texture to the dish. The edges of the brioche toast were also slightly burnt and adde a bittersweet flavour to the dish. The truffle fries were cooked to a crisp perfection and the drinks were refreshing too! Portions were generous and the ambience is great, 10/10 would recommend :)

I tried the Green King ramen, which is basil, olive oil and parmensan cheese flavoured. Even though the cheese overpowered the basil, the dish was still not too heavy because the spicy sauce gave it a nice kick. The noodles and various toppings had a great mouthfeel to them as well, and the portion was generous. Also has good ambience and decor 😊
