The place gets pretty crowded at dinner time but the ambience definitely shouts “Irasshaimase”. The Gyu Ponzu ($8) is definitely a delightful starter. The lightly-seared juicy beef slices paired with the citrusy sauce whet my appetite. Additionally, the Tako wasabi ($6) may lack in appearance but not in flavour. This nicely marinated octopus is a must for wasabi-fans. The Negitoro mini don ($10) was not too bad. The tuna belly is definitely flavourful but the sushi rice was a bit wet today. Overall a fun dining experience. 4.0/5 bowls

Tried the spicy cheesy Dakgalbi which was an interesting experience. The melted cheese was so stretchy and it complemented well with the spicy chicken marinate. Good place to go with friends if you want to share food.

Tried the mango yogurt which was very refreshing. The yogurt was smooth, not too thick and I really enjoyed the generous chunks of mango in the drink. The watermelon Yo-tea was very unique and it’s a perfect thirst quencher. I loved the bits of watermelon with every sip of the drink. Both drinks are definitely worth a try!!

Must try. Laksa with an aftertaste that is delightfully sour and “Ma”. Ingredients are fresh and noodles are firm and bouncy.

A delightful afternoon tea experience. The tarts and savoury were light and tasty. The vanilla scones were ordinary. However, the pecan tart was my favourite.

Ordered the fried yong tau foo with meat gravy and noodles which is a must-try when you visit any Fu Lin outlet. The gravy was flavorful and I loved the crispiness of the yong tau foo. We also ordered the soup yong tau foo which was tasty and light. A good place to go if you are looking for affordable and delicious food.

Surprisingly comforting to have. Really enjoyed every bit of it (medium spicy). Will definitely be back for it.

Loved the cosy ambience, impeccable service, and their delicious food. The Rosti Mentaiko is a delightful combination and it goes well with the charcoal skewers which is a must-try when you are there. Thanks for the amazing experience =)

Had a memorable and fun dining experience at Dumplings.ru. Was amazed at the assortment of dumplings and creativity in ensuring that the dumplings can be differentiated by their skin colour. Enjoyed 12 different flavours from the combo platter. I was also impressed by the crispiness of the cheese and pork chebureki which goes well with their sour cream dip. The Slavic honey cake is a must-try, especially if you love desserts, as it has a creamy and soft cookie-like texture. Thanks for the great experience :)

2nd time at Chen’s Mapo. A savoury bowl of mapo tofu at spicy level 2 for a “medium level” mala person. If laksa is not for u, better choose spicy level 1. I like how silky the tofu is bathed in a bowl of authentic mapo sauce which is not too oily.

Satisfying dinner with on the point medium-rare ribeye and slightly charred. Service is friendly and good too!

Needs to be more creamy. Plus point: the prawns were fresh.
