Bridge's 'Truffle Overload Fries' led me to expect truffle fries that would absolutely go overboard with the truffle mayo, truffle oil and truffle honey dips on the side. However, it turns out that these fantastically fried and skillfully seasoned normal shoestring fries were excellent enough to be gobbled up in it's own, but hey, truffle dips! I ain't complaining. The truffle honey with its seductive sweetness, mingled with the unmistakeable aroma of truffle was the undisputed champion, and I smothered many a French fry in that luscious dip. The truffle mayo and oil dips were pretty great too, but they paled in comparison to the golden aura of the truffle honey.

Like all Egg Benedict, you'll can expect egg, meat and bun but that's where the similarities ends.

Wobbling low temperature eggs atop Unagi and mushroom duxelles. Yuzu kosho hollandaise dribbled over for a refreshing taste. No english muffins or brioche for them either buy Chinese flower bun aka 花卷. OH MY! Moist chewy bun, fried to a golden brown exterior. A perfect pairing!
