You know how souffles work, 20 minutes of wait (waiter told me 30, but came faster). Was the cloudiest pancakes ive eaten. Was closer to a souffle i guess, already sweetened on its own. 4.5/5

Butterscotch pancake($18.5)-while outsixe was crisp, inside was moist, the pancake is a bit undercooked (i think). It was mushy. Fortunately, butterscotch bananas, and the taste of the pancake is wonderful. 4.5/5
