This was my second time eating the Burrata pizza at Lino Pizza and Pasta Bar when this picture was taken. I had been blown away the first time I tried it and really wanted to eat it again. Let me tell you, the amount of effort it took. It was sold out the first 2 times we went. Thankfully, third time's the charm and we managed to order it by going early.

The combination of the tangy tomato sauce, the fresh pesto and the creamy but mild burrata was spectacular. We also ordered the rendang oxtail pizza and my dining companion really enjoyed it too. I myself found it decent and certainly unique, but I wouldn't order it again. The oxtail meat was rich and cooked until very tender. It was balanced out by the slices of chili and pickled cucumber.

We managed to polish off the 2 pizzas with not much effort, a testament to how good the pizzas were. Honestly, I wouldn't have known about this restaurant if it weren't for Burpple. And that's the thing about Burpple. It encourages people to discover new restaurants and hidden gems.

Got both eggs Benedict, super good, the egg was cooked to perfection with the satisfying explosion of yolk, smoked salmon was fresh and bread was really soft and fluffy. Salad had an amazing sauce too really good stuff 10/10 would recommend! Would even say it’s one of the best eggs Benedict’s I’ve eaten so far!

Used the burpple deal. Friend and I both ordered the signature Kaisendon and got 2 pieces of yakitori and soup as part of the deal. There was a big variety of seafood, such as salmon, tuna, shrimp, octopus and a few others I didn't recognize. The seafood was fresh. The rice was seasoned nicely but a little soft and clumpy. Overall not bad, but the savings may not be as big as you think using the burpple deal since a regular bowl costs 16.9.

Had the burpple 1 for 1 deal and ordered the Sanuki Beef Egg Udon with prawn tempura. The burrple deal also required us to get a drink, which we could select from a range of soft drinks. Really like the udon. The broth was a good balance of sweet and savory. The udon noodles were chewy. Usually, I find udon noodles to be quite plain but because the broth was so flavorful, it seasoned the noodles well enough. The prawn tempura was fine. A bit cold and not super curnchy since it was sitting out. Total came out to $16.69 for 2 sets.

The beef in the stew was very tender and the stew was thick and savory. It might be too salty for some, but my friend and I still really liked it, more so than the shepherd's pie. The bread that came with it was crunchy and garlicky, perfect for dipping into the stew. My friend ordered shepherd's pie.
I'm not the biggest fan of the dish in general, but from what I tasted, it was decent.
