Excited that firebake was on burpple beyond so had to try it out after all the hype! Was sadly very disappointed by the mussels, they were puny in size, though they gave a lot of mussels to make up for it, the teeny tiny mussels were just not worth the effort to pluck out and eat as there was barely any meat. I would have preferred that they removed it from the menu due to not being able to get good quality produce. Sadly the risotto came with even MORE tiny mussels (not the usual 2 prawns that I saw in pictures) and the solo prawn was not good as well. The risotto was okay and the beef was also passable. Had high hopes for the hyped firebake mains but stick to brunch instead when heading there! Would not have dinner here again.

Came here on a busy public holiday so there was a bit of a wait for the food. Service was great though! Food was decent and value for money, the brunch dish pictured was enough for 2 (comes with 2 slices of sourdough not pictured) and my friend's French toast and lobster Mac and cheese was good as well! We also had the Tina turner cake which was a different style of cake from the usual Japanese style we are used to, but the balance of sweetness and cake was great! Will definitely be back 👍🏻

Came here due to a gathering and didn't know what to expect. It was definitely not worth the price, the fish was barely there (so. Much. Battered. Crust.) and boy it was oily (both husband and I had sore throats the next day). The fries were normal, didn't appreciate the tartar sauce being smeared on the plate (why?) there is no reason to do this. You couldn't scoop enough for each bite of fish and there wasn't enough tartar sauce to dip fries into as well. The mussels (not pictured) was okay. Observed that the party I was with, many didn't finish their plates, not a good sign. The upstairs was super warm and had a stale smell to it. Would not recommend.

On the first try, I didn't really enjoy this place or understand the popularity. Giving it a second chance and trying more flavours I understand the hype now! Loved the pandan and chrysanthemum but my fav is the raspberry lychee and got the freshly made cone this time! Will def be back everytime I'm in the area!

Never tried fat papas before and was glad to try it! Generous with sides and the burger was thick and juicy. Only small criticism was that the beef patty was a little too "fishball" like, probably too much flour or corn starch, as I personally prefer a more mincey beef and a little more undercooked. But overall the taste was good and a very generous portion! Will eat again.

Was lazy to drive and decided to walk opposite our place for dinner. As usual, refuel cafe is real value for money hearty food! Loved the bacon and mushroom Mac and cheese ($13+) had depth of flavour and so generous with the bacon and mushrooms. The ribs were decent but a tad dry and needed more sauce, probably wouldn't order again. Liked the slaw, but the corn was overcooked and overbuttered. There's room for improvement for sure! But definitely a good place to keep going back if convenient!

With the closure of ayam penyet president in century square, this hidden restaurant at side of tampines one is a welcome edition! Instead of ordering their specialty duck, we went for the grilled chicken instead! Not pictured was gado gado which was good value at $6.50, a very generous portion with kerpok! Delicious! The grilled chicken delivered as well, the accompanying tofu was a little small compared to other places, and the rice was a bit too little. Chicken was well cooked and sizable though! Will be back to try other dishes!

Tried this place out after a recommendation from my brother! Food took a while to come out even though we were the only ones there, but the food was pretty good and a very good price point. The burger was generous with beef, egg, bacon and 2 slices of cheese. Fries were crispy with a little truffle taste. My husbands fish and chips was not bad as well, but was snapper instead of cod (as stated in previous reviews), with home made chips. My friends snapper burger has a couple of small bones but still pretty good. Prices were nett, so it was a really value for money meal! Will definitely be back!

Everytime we're around suntec this is a go to for dessert! Their toast is so crispy and soft at the same time and I love the big scoop of Thai tea ice cream. Definitely a staple for time to come. Yums.

Randomly tried his once looking for something to eat in FEP, and saw this Thai place that was packed on a weekday afternoon. Checked burpple and read this was the dish to order. Ordered the seafood one for $1 more ($8.90) and I was hooked. This is my second visit and I still crave these noodles! Very Q, just right amount of saltiness and spicy enough to want to keep eating. Will definitely be back over and over! Don't order the squid tentacles though very meh.

Good place for fast and easy dim sum! Everything tasted great (except I found the century egg congee a bit salty with salted egg added), less of a queue since I tried it when it first opened. But good decent dimsum whenever you're in a mall I reckon!

Trying the slightly pricier south union park. Had the salmon and the gnocchi. Welcomed the broccoli and the squash addition to the gnocchi, but preferred the older iteration of the salmon! With the price increase, and the main portions not as filling, definitely a place to come less often and just a treat once in a while. Had the lemon tart ($6) as well and that was great. Still a great place for a solid meal!
