Loaded with fresh ingredients and made to order, what more can one ask for in a good vietnamese spring roll?

The accompanying sauce was zesty and light, with hints of fish sauce and mixed in with garlic & chilli. This is the kind of sauce I like with my spring rolls, as opposed to the thick peanut sauce that we usually get in other places.

A newly opened gem hidden in Kinex Mall. This mixed beef pho is light, flavorful and full of ingredients like beef slices, tripe, meatballs and topped w fresh basil, chilli padi and a squeeze of lime to taste.

I felt really comfortable dining here due to the relaxed ambience and friendly service from the staff. The drip coffee hits all the right notes at being bitter and chocolate-y, definitely worth coming back for.

As they'd only just begun operations a couple of months back, it can be relatively quiet during lunch/dinner hours. But the food here is delicious, healthy and sincere. Recommended! 👍🏻

Above average quality, fresh ingredients and really value for money! Of course you can't compare this with the premium Chirashi @ Jin Fine Dining. But for roughly half the price, its definitely a good Chirashi don! Place serves free flow salmon + daikon soup too, with the daikon being really fresh and sweet. 😋

Really nice hokkien mee, probably one of the top ten in SG. But I'm not going to travel to toa payoh just for this.. I'd do so for Swee Guan (lor 29), but unfortunately not for this.

Stock was flavourful, both porky & prawny, and has a good balance between the two. Hokkien mee was still quite when served, something that I prefer too. Portions are actually quite reasonable for the price. I think the only missing is the overpowering [charcoal] wok hei (something that makes Swee Guan's stand out the most)..

Dumplings are nicely cooked, not under- or over-cooked. Szechuan chili oil/sauce has a decent kick, but I'd definitely prefer a spicier one. Overall nubbad, but pricey.

Pricey, but waffles and chicken are well-made and nicely seasoned. The drizzled honey/maple was a good contrast to the savoury chicken chunks. Eat it while its fresh & hot, unless you prefer tough waffles. Definitely my go-to dish here!

Usually not my first choice of don at most places, but this would be the dish that I'll return to Rakki Bowl for! Salmon is decently fresh and portions are reasonable. Generous serving of the mentaiko sauce that was nicely torched, which sealed the deal for me.

Nubbad, decent portions and quality for this price! But not my favourite from this shop. This wouldn't be why I return to Rakki Bowl for more.

$2 per bowl. Portions are reasonable, sort of, knowing that the ingredients are mostly handmade. Gula melaka is decently sweet & smoky, definitely no hint of added sugar. 👍🏻

Nice, thick and creamy dark chocolate sorbet. It wasn't that sweet, which is good (I believe dark chocolate flavoured anything should always be more on the bitter side than sweet). Not sure if they made this themselves though.

One of the best places to go if you're craving for a good Tiramisu! The coffee-soaked ladyfingers and rich mascarpone cheese layers made for decadence in every bite! Would return for this 👍🏻

Decently made ravioli, not sure if they handmade tho. Creamy sauce & generous amount of ravioli filing as well as spinach!
