Beef and Uni ($25 each). This more than just Blackmore striploin crowned with creamy bafun uni. Hidden within is shiso leaf, which in my opinion is the most clever ingredient in this dish that gave a herbaceous dimension to this indulgent dish of beef fats and rich uni cream. 🔸 And @hotarulily cracked the code - she paired this with the cocktail "The Fringe". Steak Frites One star Michelin restaurant has lived up to its expectations. With each of their staff taking pride in what they are serving and chefs dedicating their passion to perfecting each dishes. The Steak Frites had a nice golden crisp to it contrasting with the fresh beef tartare atop it. While their Blackmore’s Cube Roll beef was well marbled and well seasoned on the exterior while retaining the original flavors of the beef on the interior. On a surprising note, their Burnt Ends Sanger was praise worthy too for the chunky pulled pork and well blended flavors of the coleslaw that was refreshing with a piquant note to it.

Steak Frites ($35 each). This restaurant ranked Number 10 on Asia's Best 50 surely didn't disappoint. $35 of this off-menu item gets you an osgamic mouthful of raw steak tartare, crispy fried potatoes, and sufficient caviar. 🔸 But being one of Singapore's best restaurants also mean that there are many other items on this menu that were really good, and it's difficult to go wrong regardless of what you order. Whenever your pizza craving hits, you can order delivery from them too. 。 Boy oh boy was I pleased with their pizzas 😋. However for their pastas, there is still quite a bit of room for improvement. 。 P.S. When I’m back again, I’d love to try their Quinta pizza that has Black Truffle paste. Rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fettucine Marinara!! Came for a weeknight dinner and also used our entertainer 1 for 1 , however they were having a 1 for 1 pizza and pasta promo as well! Delicious Al dante pasta with a good portion of seafood! It would be great however to have more delicious fresh pasta. We ordered the Sofia pizza which had seafood as well and loved the thin crust pizzas! Great value with the 1 for 1 deal!

Throwback yesterday cousin’s bro bday brunch! 🎉 Pumpkin with truffle oil soup, burrata cheese salads and 4 cheese pizza. Had ‘orh nee’ taro dessert with ginkgo and Thai milk tea earlier at changi expo food fair. Carbonara ($17) Usually not a fan of carbonara, but this ticked all the boxes for me! A generous portion of bacon, thick cream sauce (but yet not too jelat) and great al dente pasta. It was hearty and perfect to share with others. Also do try the pizza here as they cook it in their own wood-fired oven and the portion size is much more filling than a pasta, which my father and brother thought was too small (although I thought it was alright). Cautionary note though, prices are on the higher end and definitely don’t expect any service. They left us standing at the door waiting for a table (when there were plenty) and this carbonara actually came before our starters!! (Honestly a bit shocking.) Probably wouldn’t come back because of how lacking the service is.

Class ended early today so I finally got to meet b :’) today we went to try that Italian place that markus recommended haha I liked the pizza!! And I also liked the al dente pasta although b said it was too al dente HAHA. Just that we ordered their special which was pasta tossed with pork & porchini mushroom & garlic. I wasn’t expecting the pork to be so fat..... we couldn’t even eat most of the pork Bc it was just fat and skin LOL. And I would’ve liked more mushroom and garlic, it was a lil bit bland...... maybe we should’ve ordered something more.. flavorful haha owell
