Brother is naturally very flavourful and rich. Suggested to go with little chicken oil as anything more may give the broth a gelatinous texture which some may not like. Spice level was very manageable and chicken was fall off the bone tender. Will definitely revisit!

Ordered the keu ppong (cream) and ro ppong roje (tomato & cheese). The cream version had little to no taste despite the generous amounts of seafood given. The tomato on the other hand had a nice tangy kick to it but gets clumpy after a while due to the addition of cheese. Both versions are extremely filling due to the nature of the noodles.

Ordered the pandan shake. While the flavour of the shake was true to it's name, the intensity of the drink was so great that it was hard to stomach after 2 sips. Despite sharing it between 2 people, we barely managed to make our way through half of the the drink. In addition, i personally found the shake a bit too thick for my liking.

there are two key highlights that should serve as impetus for you to come to superfudo.

1. sous vide food
Their cooking method here really allows the flavour of the food to shine while maintaining a great texture. The chicken in the chicken rice was wonderfully moist and juicy while still retaining the classic flavours we know and love. The salmon and unagi had no fishy smell for those who dislike it. it was also really very fresh!

2. cake
they have a great assortment of cakes from the traditional chocolate to match cheesecake. the chocolate fudge was top notch, extremely fudgy and rich! the hokkaido milk ice cream really made me think that I was in hokkaido as well! delicate and rich flavours.

all in all, definitely a place to try!
