This here, is the buffet I recommend to my friends even when they don’t ask 🙈 . Grab at least one friend to share a dual soup pot that includes a cheesy nacho sauce dip 🧀 Their tom yum broth is spicy and salty and their chicken soup is slurps of savoury. Help yourself to their seafood spread that’s replete with crayfish, clams, tiger prawns 🦐, scallops, flower crabs 🦀, and mussels. There's an array of marinated meats 🥩 but also grab their unseasoned pork belly to grill till brown and smoky. Then smother all in smooth cheese sauce and, while you're at it, boil a pack of Korean instant noodles to do the same. Sashimi Platter Of Goodness Japanese buffet! Totally worth your money. The thick cut slices of fresh sashimi melts in your mouth. Do order their grill, tempenyaki, deep fried food and maki rolls too! Their teapot soup is refreshing and cleanses your palette as you alternate between raw and cooked food

Adult Buffet Dinner ($36.80++ ~ $43). I had my doubts before starting my meal here - really judgy of me by its restaurant outlooks and logo. However, they really impress me with the freshness of there sashimi (especially when buffet standards are really scary). Pictured here is surprisingly really part of buffet meal, if you are familiar with Ikoi Japanese Buffet - this is similar ala carte buffet style (which means that only things you ordered with be served to your table).

Sashimi Set (lunch) All these along with a miso soup costs $18++. The fish is fresh though not too grade but totally worth your money! $9 for a small bottle of hot sake

Irodori Japanese Buffet⛩ Went to Irodori Japanese Buffet recently and was pleasantly surprised at their sashimi quality😇 Would say that their cooked food is rather normal but the sashimi is fresh and shiok!! The selections for buffet is also a decent variety but sadly drinks are not included as part of the costs (excluding complimentary hot green tea) Ambience wise is a rather chill and japanesed-themed vibe that feels a little like a household. Dont expect too fancy decorations i would say😅 Total cost for me is about $41 after gst with a 10% promo off mon-thu!! Ratings is an 8/10 hehe worth it and would go again if im craving for sashimi!!🤪

Mediocre Japanese Buffet Food are ok ok only. Nothing special. Nothing great. Menu has quite limited choice. Come with 1 piece of mentaiko prawn. Service is horibly slow. Some item only come after 30 mins of waiting. There is 15% discount for payment by cash or paynow. Drink and dessert are not part of buffet.

0/10 buffet First time I’m leaving a review in the middle of a meal. Won’t recommend the buffet at all, have to get the staff in order to order the food. Some of my food didn’t come at all, food serve takes up to 30 mins so you might want to order more right from the staff. Wanted to order a second round, the staff acknowledged me but didn’t come at all - waited 10 mins. Took them 1 hour into dinner for my first round of food to be served, and I didn’t order a lot either. The guy staff is very friendly but shop seems terribly understaffed and not systematic at all. Food isn’t worth the price if you talk about quality. Quantity is a problem too due to the speed. Asked 2 staff for hot tea refill, 20 mins later still nothing. Had to take the cups to the counter to ask for tea.

Double Scoop Ice Cream W/ Waffle | $14 Earl grey & Mint Cookies flavour that came with a side of maple syrup (we had a choice of salted caramel and chocolate as well). The earl grey was light to taste, making it a decent scoop of dessert if you are afraid that you might feel too full from your last meal. The mint was refreshing, and I loved how it was cookies and not chocolate chips inside. It’s definitely a way better experience with small bits of cookies well infused in a scoop of mint ice cream. The mint ice cream did not have the toothpaste like taste as well - you can taste real freshness in it. Texture of the Belgium waffles were decently crispy and fluffy, but nothing too amazing about. I would love to try other desserts this shop has to offer, however, in terms of ice cream, they have a very limited range of flavours. Rate:🌟🌟🌟

Pumpkin Pancake 💵: $19 📈: 10/10 🤔: My new favourite brunch item! The pancake was thick and fluffy, not soggy in any way. Couldn't taste the pumpkin in it, but the other elements of this dish made up for that. Definitely a must get @ Group Therapy!

Scandinavian Smoked Salmon A great place to study considering the free wifi and quiet setting, but note that they close rather early! Not many food options to select from so settled for the Scandinavian Smoked Salmon (+$10). Buttery croissant with generous portions of salmon. Very decent for the price especially if you want a quick, no-frills sandwich.

Frenchie Le Minion Bob [$12] Here my friend, is an order worth trying. The ratio of egg to toast and the duration to prep this was on point, every bite just left me wanting more 😋 Every bite was complimented well with the sweetness from the fruits and maple syrup! #perfectmatch Even Minion Bob wants a share of it 😍 ~ Overall, IMO: 3.8/5 ♠️

Soy Osthmanthus Tea Cake with Yuzu Frosting Spotted yet another new offering at the favourite place whilst being there for the weekend cuppa the other day; and it goes without saying what we are going to order to accompany the cuppa. Available alongside their line of loaf cakes, which includes the Carrot & Walnut Slice and the Chocolate Banana Slice, the Soy Osthmanthus Tea Cake with Yuzu Frosting is something that offers a twist to the more conventional loaf cakes that they have to offer. The tea cake was actually pretty comforting; bearing the same density as their usual loaf cakes, they are also pretty generous with how big the slices are here. It is sufficiently moist, but I especially loved how the cake itself carried light notes of soy — almost akin to that of soy milk. Whilst the Osthmantus could admittedly be a little stronger for a floral note, the Yuzu Frosting came with a slight zing and wasn’t particularly sweet; overall a pretty fitting and comforting combination. Best paired with an iced long black, especially given the current heatwave of the late.

The eggs softened the melted cheese, which gives it the cheese pull while still having a crispy crust at the bottom. The avocado was sliced beautifully and sprinkled with chilli flakes, giving it a hint of spicy kick. The smoked salmon was really easy to slice and chewy. It goes really well with the avocado and fresh vegetables! The toast was the only part that I dislike as it was too tough to chew. 💰: $18.90 📈: 10/10

Aburi Mentai Kaisen Don from Ichiban Boshi! There are few things as sinfully delicious as torched mentaiko sauce and fresh seafood over fluffy pearl rice. The mentaiko sauce was flavourful, and the portion of aburi salmon/scallop/eel/tuna was adequate to accompany the rice, such that I didn't have to ration my ingredients. Amberjack, Salmon Belly Sashimi My palate wants what it wants especially when I am sick. May be just me but I craved for random things after inhaling so many pills over a span of a week. The above was one on the list and Dad took effort to drive me to his favourite place for it at Parkway. The protocol here is to choose a slab of fish charged per gram and they’d slice it up for you. Dad thinks they serve one of the fresher sashimi around; while I don’t have these often, I had my fill and was satisfied after I finished almost 2/3 the plate

Unatama Don from Fish Mart Sakuraya! They have lunch sets that include a main dish and miso soup. I chose the unagi rice bowl. The amount of unagi was pretty decent, and I liked the soft fluffy eggs. One Of The Worst Meal Everything for beef is over cooked. Seared beef salad $14.50 Yakiniku set $20.80 + $5 for a set Char siew Tonkutsu Ramen tasted bland. Some washing scrub was found in it. $$13.80 Salmin Juu $13.80 Salmon slices were too thin. Rainbow California roll $18.80 was the only edible dish. Service is really just mediocre. And it's not cheap bcoz it was a lousy lunch.

Average Barachirashi Came during the 1 for 1 for mains from 11am-5pm(?) Monday to Friday. Barachirashi was $19.80 without discount. Food took sooo long to serve, considering that this is a raw dish there shouldn't be that much preparation involved right? 🤔 Mekajiki was fishy...pretty average and not worth the money if not for the promotion they had. Definitely recommend MOF's Japanese desserts tho. They are really awesome (but pricey too). The toasted mochi with soft serves are the best!
