Hefty burgers at an affordable price is always worth the calories.
The classic cheeseburger is a must for it has everything that makes a great cheeseburger.

Korean and Mexican fusion is not something I have expected but it works. It was indeed a colourful meal with a mix of spice and acid through the night

It's typhoon of flavours and textures ranging from hot to cold, soft to chewy to crispy, and sweet to savory

Frankly speaking, this brat is the wurst.
But for real, the Coney dog comes with a good level of spice in the sauce and a healthy girth in the bratwurst.

Crab bee hoon with fresh and succulent crab meat (just check out that claw) cooked in a clay pot filled with thick and rich broth. To end it off, the bee hoon has soaked up all the goodness and transformed into strands of flavour bombs. 🦀 🦀 🦀
If you're still hungry, end of your meal with a bowl of rice and spoon in the leftover broth, if any left.

The crunch of crispy chicken skin definitely is my favourite piece of music

Loved the toastie set that came with a beer on the side

Came for the tempura, stayed for the rice. You get to choose between Nanatsuboshi Hokkaido White Rice and 16 Multigrains Rice at no extra charge. Both options have its unique fragrance that elevated the simple tendon to the next level.
Tempura was not as crispy as we had hoped. The batter also came off from the meat/vegetable so it was not a coherent bite.

Thinly smashed patties placed sandwiched in between charcoal brioche and topped with crispy shallots. This hawker gourmet burger can really give restaurant burgers a bang for its buck!
Also, can we all agree that crispy shallots should be next big topping? Not only does it add crisp but also nice funk to the overall flavour.
Have I mentioned how crispy the fries is yet?

1. Kaki chirashi don: the oysters were hella fresh, plump, and juicy. Did not expect to receive 3 pieces
2. Aburi chriashi don: smokey sashimi added extra umami to the overall flavour

Joo bossam was easily the winner for us. Soft tender pork belly yet retaining its structural integrity in your mouth, topped with pickled cabbage and radishes.

Double up your meat if you're going for the full carnivorous experience
