These are the mandatory must-order signature colorful Xiao Long Baos (SGD$16.80) comprising of 8 different flavours. There was even a proper sequence to eat them- starting with Original to Ginseng Chicken to Foie Gras to Black Truffle; followed by Cheesey, Crab Roe, Garlic and Szechuan. Each flavour was distinct, unique, delicious and pork tender.

It has all the delicious Crustacean delights in one bowl - Shrimp Tempura, King Crab Tempura, Snow Crab Tempura, Scallops Tempura, Squid Tempura  and Oyster Tempura.

The batter was very light, almost like a dusting of flour to give the seafood a crispy coat; the use of seaweed enhanced the flavour with earthly notes. The flesh was springy and lovely to bite into, as well. In short, this was simply seafood haven, and I was happy to have tried it.
