I got a pleasant surprise when I opened their takeaway box. Their sandwich portions are super generous! I mean look at that picture, I had 4 slices of ham + so much scrambled eggs w cheese. I was in heaven. 🤩🤩 Thank goodness I was hungry. 😂😂⁣ $11.80

#throwback to the ‘fine-dining’ dinner that I had at home, with such fine fine meat from @burntends_sg 👏🏻👏🏻⁣

All we had to do was season the wagyu meat lightly with salt & pepper & we were good to go. Grill the meat about 1.5 mins on each side. (This depends on the thickness of your meat) ⁣

We paired it with frozen asparagus that we bought from @ntucsingapore but we wished we had bought fresh ones cause the frozen ones oozed out a lot water. So if you want crunchier asparagus, get the fresh ones. 😌⁣

All in all, we had one heck of a meal & we devoured it within minutes. Hahahah! @burntends_sg has introduced another meat box with awesome meat cuts & sausages so check them out if you want to get yourself some good 🥩 🥩 🥩. 🤩🤩⁣

Day #17 of the circuit breaker, how is everyone doing? I’ve been taking the time to take stock of my life & I’ve been binge browsing @lazada_sg & @qoo10sg because there’s so many kitchen aids that I want to get to cook up a storm at home. 😂😂⁣

Throwback to the time I used @jamieoliver’s griddle to grill my wagyu patties from @burntends_sg , these patties came unexpectedly from a loved one and I don’t know about you but this circuit breaker has allowed me to get closer to my loved ones & we bonded over different types of food. We would barter trade and deliver food to each other. 💓 ⁣

Recipe for burger:⁣
1: Get burger buns, butter and grill the buns lightly ⁣
2: Grill patties 1.5min each side. (Patties to be seasoned with salt, pepper and oil)⁣
3: place sliced tomatoes and place romaine lettuce. ⁣
4: End it with your preferred sauce like mayo, curry sauce or cheese. ⁣

I personally like this Ruby Grapefruit Green Tea alot because grapefruit is such a unique flavor to mix with green tea and it was so refreshing to drink it. ⁣⁣🤤🤤⁣

Most bubble tea stalls would mix their green teas with other fruity flavors like peach or mango and I find that at times, such flavors might overpower the green tea flavor. ⁣⁣

When I stepped into @keongsaikbakery, my intention was to get a few slices of burnt cheesecakes, but when I saw these lovely looking cruffins, I couldn’t resist & bought more cruffins than cheesecake. Hahaha. 🙋🏻‍♀️🤣🤣😂⁣

My friends & fam know how much I love croissants & cruffins is like such a close cousin to croissants 🥐. HOW TO RESIST. ⁣

I was a little skeptical b/c these petite looking cruffins cost ($6 for Matcha / $5.50 for cheese) but trust me I had no regrets in my decision. The flavors of both matcha and cheese were strong & dense so if you are into cheese & matcha, these cruffins would be an absolute treat to it. ⁣

& I cannot emphasize how much I love the gooey cream in the centre. 👏🏻🌟 All in all, a great afternoon tea snack with @arabica.sg cafe latte. 💕💕 ⁣

Was in the area so I decided to pop in to grab a slice of Burnt Cheesecake $7.50. I’m so glad that I got it because it was love at first bite. ⁣

The cheesecake is made up of 4 types of cheese and it might be rly cheesy of me to say this but this cheesecake is really worth the hype. 💯 The body of the cheesecake was both airy and superbly creamy. This cake really hits the spot and it made me feel a tad better amidst the sad sad Covid situation 😭😭⁣
