as with all shio ramen, this broth is lighter in flavour but the subtle yuzu aroma really does it for me. i’ve never had anything quite like this before. definitely worth a try!

we ordered the 6 handroll set ($36), sake pairing ($18) and this seasonal roll, and boy was this seasonal roll the perfect ending to a good meal.

hotate (scallops) were extremely fresh and sweet, while the uni added an umami flavour. i wish i had more money so i could eat more 🥺

i’m so glad that i don’t work/stay near here because i would have bought a cream puff everyday 😂 most cream puffs have a soft exterior but this was crunchy, which gives the puff a contrast in texture compared to its light and soft custard centre.

a must order if you visit this place!

this waffle is unique to glacier and it definitely has the fragrance of those pandan waffles you find a regular bakeries. the mochi inside also adds a different texture with each bite.

we paired it with the milk & honey gelato as well as the blue pea lemongrass pandan gelato. the latter does take a while to get used to since it’s quite a unique flavour, but def worth a try!

this bbq joint is known for their aged meats and authentic korean food, and boy were they right!

we ordered pork set c that came with pork belly, pork jowl and pork neck, and we also added on marinated beef. all were delicious but the pork jowl blew my mind away its juiciness 🤤

the set also came with complimentary banchan (side dishes) such as steamed egg, salad, etc. honestly think everyone should try this out at least once!

food was alright to be honest. the smoked duck aglio olio ($20) was way too salty but the staff was kind and friendly enough to help us get a less salty version.

bee’s knees big breakfast ($28) ran out of miso mushrooms and kurobuta ham, which were the special parts of this exact dish.

the oriental salad ($19) and truffle tater tots ($13) were pretty decent.

but i think the highlight here is the number of adorable dogs you get to see when you sit outdoors haha

the amount of clams in this dish absolutely give you the bang for your buck. the scallops on top were succulent too. this is a dish i’d have on my cheat day 👀

not only is this dish aesthetically pleasing, the avocado mash was delicious! it contains onions and capers, which added a depth to the entire dish. definitely a must order at this place!

this drink looks really pretty and the taste of sweet potato was distinctive too. the sweet potato chip garnish also adds a bit of saltiness to the drink. great drink to try if you can’t drink alcohol ☺️

this croissant was flakey and buttery, the sweetness of the dalgona bits worked perfectly with the cream and tartness of the fruits. definitely gotta get this if you’re looking for a nice dessert to finish your meal!
