Because I needed something healthy as a cover-up for the generous amount of speculoos and peanut butter slathered on pumpernickel, I added blueberries, desiccated coconut, granola and a fig! Such fun!

Gets me speechless, that's what this burger does to me. (That and I forgot what burger I ordered, just that it was beyond the realm of just awesome) You mean I get to choose how I would like my patty done? Well then! Get me some medium rare bloodiness will ya? So much ooze I swear. Bliss.

I love chai latte. But this one doesn't hit the tastebuds with choirs of angels singing, unfortunately. I really wanted my food experience here to be a good one, but the chai latte was perhaps 93% milk and some hint of chai somewhere. Food were a little too pricey though. One thing to note, the wait staff were all really friendly and helpful. So kudos to that!

The photo does it no justice. Ah Chew Desserts on the other hand, really does some awesome pow-wow justice to this simple sticky lovely dessert of yum. Light, not overly sweet, and with hints of egg white taste. But honestly I just don't know how to describe this yam paste... Or take photos of it for that matter. I just rely on my love for it. Its on your wedding dinner menu? I'm crashing it!

La Ristretto's latte have always been a favourite of my mum. Who enjoys kopi-o mostly and thinks Starbucks cold coffee is a nightmare for coffeeple. But she can never say no to La Ristrettos' latte. Sorry mummzy, I spent a lot on books again but it's okay come don't angry I buy you coffee.

What an experience this was. I ended up munching this at Mandarin seating area disregarding the sign of no food allowed because this pastry cannot be categorized under JUST 'food'. This is sorcery how does it taste so good?!

Back at favourite to get waffle fix. The queue, oh the queue! I can cry. But no. Anyway, decided on the banana chocolate chip crumble ice-cream. It is a dream come true. Once it hits your tastebuds I'm sure you can hear the singing angels.

Really lovely, generous with the scrambled eggs, which had hints of buttery goodness. Smoked salmon is delicious mmm! All these, topped with honey yogurt and just, YES. Its a one-hit KO combo.

Sugalight ice cream after a creamified eggys dinner. Decided on Cookie Monster because the latter title describes my personality when it comes to food pretty well indeed. For an ice cream that uses no sugar, (just stevia and xylitol) it is really quite delicious. Now that I've consumed the monster, I want to consume all the rest too. MOAR.

All happy in thy tummy! Them eggys are balancing atop whole meal bread so yesss! Extra oomph. Don't get me started on the hollandaise sauce because ~CREAMMMEHH~ *stars in thy eyes* lovin' the atmosphere of the cafe as well. Weekday dinner also means more of an 'om' time! Yay!

Categorized under sweet treats too because ~sugarrrrr~ this soufflé thingum is part of a lunch package. It's fried mantou encasing chewy egg white AND sweet red bean filling. I can't. I might weep and reminisce over how good it is and how I may never eat it again unless it's a celebratory occasion (or I get a car for that matter). Oh! There's also a bowl of sugar on the side where you can sprinkle some on your little soufflé. With or without it's still an excellent dessert.

Passed by this little cafe and couldn't resist getting some cakes! They recommended the hazelnut almond (left) and the apple caramel (right). Mum and brother preferred the hazelnut but the apple caramel tasted like apple crumble so I'm biased. Will definitely go back to try their Varlhona chocolate tart and sticky date pudding! Also, I know, photo does not do it justice. My thighs say no cake but I insisted.
