Pleasantly surprised the meat is so fresh & solid, unlike those so flimsy & heavily coated with flour. Portion is generous too. Cost $3.50 👍

[黄记港式云吞面] - there was quite a queue, and pretty obvious why. The mountain of eggy noodles were firm and qq, the thick gravy was flavourful and surprisingly not too heavy on the palate. Lightly charred char siew, some bits were a little dry but overall pretty good. Wanton filling was good with crunchy water chestnuts(?), soup was tasty too! All these for only $3.30.
So many flavours to choose from! Got the Buddy meal supposedly for 2-3pax but when it came it didn't seem like much so we were a little skeptical on how it could feed 3. Turns out it was just nice for 2 of us. Picked both the wings and boneless chicken (chicken breast which I usually avoid but were surprisingly tender and juicy). Honey Q was sweet and smokey, while Tokyo Dragon was a combination of honey / teriyaki sauce resulting in some heat at first sniff but wasn't spicy at all even by my standards. Not too bad but I think the star of the show was actually the golden potato wedges!
Signature Beancurd - was told that it's minced meat atop beancurd and it looked so innocent so I was shocked by how numbingly spicy it was. (Could be my poor tolerance for spiciness too tho cos my partner said it's not THAT spicy☹️ ) Anyhooooo the fried beancurd is really good crisped outside and soft inside; and sauce is very savoury!
