Aesthetically Pleasing, Diabetes Causing Milkshakes Ordered: 1) Cotton Candy Crazyshake ($22) 2) Vanilla Classic Shakes ($12) Ordered them milkshakes for the gram but it’s soooo sweet, we couldn’t finish it. Would not order them again!! For health sake and for the sake of my wallet.

Vegan Black N' White Cakeshake ($23++) Introduced on 27th January this year, their Vegan Black N' White Cakeshake ($23++) consists of a 'soy-based chocolate shake with housemade vanilla frosting and mini chocolate chips on the rim, that comes topped with a slice of black-and-white cake, rice-based whipped cream, and chocolate drizzle'. Honestly, I am not a fan of their chocolate shake as I expected the chocolate to come out stronger and richer. Nevertheless, their 𝘃𝗲𝗴𝗮𝗻 𝗰𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗯𝗮𝗯𝗹𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝘁𝗼𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗕𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝗧𝗮𝗽 𝗵𝗮𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿. Most of the cake was moist and only subtly sweet. Also, despite Black Tap claiming that it is topped with a 'rice-based whipped cream', two of us that day agreed that we tasted a strong scent of coconut which worked really well with the moist cake. The only issue I had with it was the layers of fondant icing between the cake layers and on top of the cake. It had a sickishly sweet saccharine flavour that 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗱 𝗺𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗮𝘃𝗼𝗶𝗱 𝗶𝘁 𝗮𝘁 𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗰𝗼𝘀𝘁𝘀. Beef Sukiyaki Don Located in a corner of Tanjong Pagar, this place can be abit difficult to find. But it is well worth the trip here! Limited seating is available so there may be a queue. The Beef Sukiyaki Don $14.90 comes in a set with side dish and soup. The chef cooks the dish right in front of you. Very yummy and filing!

US Prime Beef Sukiyaki Don Wanted to try this Keisuke concept since it opened, and so glad I finally managed to pop down! I love the concept, where you sit at a cosy counter and they cook the thinly sliced beef and assemble this delicious bowl in front of you. Also, the service is super friendly and impeccable, along with the spot-on decor and ambience. I opted for the cheaper of the two beef dons on the menu. ($14.90). The bowl consists of Koshihikari rice decorated with 110grams of beef, shimeiji mushroom, tofu, glass noodles, leeks and spring onions. The beef is done to a blushing medium rare. In addition, you get an onsen egg (with a beautiful bright orange yolk), miso soup, mini chawanmushi and access to free flow pickles and ginger. For the price it's such a steal. They also pour the Sukiyaki beef juices into a little sauce dish at the side so you can pour over your rice as you wish to flavor it. The beef is so tender, sweet and delicious, but not too fatty. Goes beautifully with the fluffy rice. The egg also was a stunner with that delicious creamy yolk. Would definitely drop by again, especially with its proximity to my gym. 😍

Usa Beef Don Tried the wagyu one before, its not worth, you will be better off with this (14.9) and an extra portion of beef (11) which is what i did. Double the meat, yet still cheaper than the wagyu.

Yogurt Salad Chicken (Half $23++) Labelled as “must try”, this rather unorthodox dish stood out from the rest with its pop of colours. On one side of the bowl was delectably fried chicken - light crisp breading wrapped the tender meat, drizzled with sweet chili sauce. On the other were the refreshing flavours of iceberg lettuce (and vegetable friends), dressed in yogurt and topped with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. As someone with low spice tolerance, the cold creaminess of the salad was both an indulgence and comfort in the face of the heat. It’s a pretty good modern take on Korean cuisine with notes of sweet and savoury and everything nice.

Korean fried chicken Fried chicken is authentic korean taste and well marinated. I ordered half portion and it have 7 pieces. Seafood pancake is total disappointment. It tasted more like spring onions pancake.. Taste wise not much flavour too.. This place specialised in chicken so not much menu items. They have army stew, kimchi soup and ramyeon too.. Maybe i'll probably go back after i forget today experience 😆

Oven & Fried Chicken OFC Order 4 different Chicken to try. Overall my dining experience was a wondrous joy. Crunch chicken in boneless is good for those who is too lazy to get oneself busy with bones and all. Is a healthier version that doesnt use oil but baked. The meat for the thigh are chunky, juicy tender and succulent and it doesnt taste dry. Half fried rice chicken was neatly cut into pieces and served in a tray made of wooden beer barrel. The fried rice chicken use rice flour as coating. The batter was light and the chicken fried to perfect crispiness yet retaining moist tender meat. The skin felt crunchier and less greasy than most other fried chicken. Half Sauced Rice Chicken in Original Mild, with mild level of spiciness of the sauce was crunchy, sweet, spicy and flavourful on the outside and juicy, hot and tender on the inside. All the chicken are well coated with the mild spicy sauce, and in my opinion, the sauce is pretty spicy.  Half Sauced Soy Sauce boasts a crunchy exterior and moist inside, slicked with a glistening, caramelised sweet sauce that hits all the right spots. If chicken is not your dish, can try their army stew which is also comforting and worth the calories.
