First sip had me thinking "woah, this is too rich for me", but I just couldn't stop myself from going sip after sip, it's that addictive. Might not be for everyone but with such humid weather these days in Hong Kong, I found this to be perfectly awesome 💕So smooth & refreshing and absolutely great to prevent dehydration. First saw this near Ladies Market and there was a snaking long queue. We didn't join in thinking it's normal coconut juice but we were wrong! A seemingly simple drink but was actually more complicated to make than we expected. There were lots of ice blending and lots of condensed milk tossed in like free in the process.
It didn't turn out ice blended like we thought it would but it was still a cold icy drink that's damn refreshing in Hong Kong's summer. It tasted very similar to milky melted cendol less the additional toppings!
