The hojicha and a seasonal one - strawberry cheesecake. Must try if you’re in the area. Prepare for the queue especially during peak lunch and dinner times

No trip to Thailand is complete without a visit to After You! Buttery soft toast cubes served with ice creams and fruits! The waiting times can be atrocious if you visit the central outlets, 😅 waiting times at Pattaya was ~15 minutes! #cptslowyeoxthailand

🥤
On the left we have caramel milk tea and on the right we have Houjicha soy latte. Both were filled with chewy pearls that were coated in caramel syrup and additional caramel jelly for the caramel milk tea.
🥤
Can’t really remember the price but it’s definitely better than Koi, and I don’t understand why there’s like a 30 man long queue for Koi at this 2 week old mall 😝 #cptslowyeoxthailand

🤩
The fact that I’m like 2hours out of Bangkok and still had to wait 10 queue numbers to get a table, shows just how popular @afteryoudessertcafe is.
🤩
The turnover rate for tables are quite fast, mainly because all of their desert offerings will melt within 5 mins or so. 🤣
🤩
This houjicha kakigori was an interesting flavour with a slightly bitter aftertaste following a smooth, melt in your mouth snowy texture. The shaved milky ice itself wasn’t sweet but beneath it all, were pearls and jellies that I wasn’t expecting!

A must have if you go to Bangkok!!! This version had mango sticky rice inside. Best of both worlds!

After You...isn't me. Or at least for a good 40 minutes it wasn't. The queue was unexpectedly long (Sunday) when we visited, but after seeing it on IG so many times and it being our first time in Bangkok, it was sort of a must-try. Looks stunning, and happy to say it tasted to match too.

Cheddar Cheese Shibuya toast (185 baht/S$7.40). The toast is already sliced into easy to handle cubes. Each cube is buttery within, while crisp on the exterior. Spread the ice cream over and mop up some of the melted ice cream with the cube. The pairing with cheddar cheese creates an extra dimension of savouriness and somehow works exceedingly well. Yums. Especially for toast lovers - you likely won't be disappointed. Choice of 2 ice cream flavours - the Thai milk tea has a strong tea oomph while the matcha latte wasn't cloyingly sweet. 2 sizes - the baby size is good for 2 as a teatime snack. 💫
More people ordered the shaved ice dessert, which looked dazzling, but I'd stick to the toast.
