Fragrant but quite bland taste wise. Parents loved it though, mom said it reminded her of the cake her mom used to make. Perhaps itβs more appealing to the older folks.
They offer 2 kind of cakes - original $8 & cheese cake $11. Now they offer another flavour - chocolate
While everyone was queueing for the free #ιΏε¬·θεθ castella cake π₯π°in SG, we went straight to their origins in Malaysia! π²πΎ
Soooooo soooooo moist and soooooo fluffy!!!! π±β€οΈ Much better than the dried out cake from Le Castella that we had previously. π
The Original #ιΈ‘θη³ (RM13) was deliciously eggy and melt-in-our-mouth, and everyone including the elders were raving about it! ππ»ππ»ππ» So we went back the next day and bought more! Also got the Cheese flavour (RM15) to try, will review that once we get back to SG with our loots! π¬π§π§π§
