Last dish from @BangPopMelb was a blast from the past! Instantly brought back to my childhood eating the Woon Ma-Prow: Layers of Young Coconut Jelly, coconut flesh and toasted coconut.

My favourite dish from @BangPopMelb was the Yum Pla Foo! It's just so fun to say 😝 It's a Roasted & Fried 'Cotton Fish' served with green papaya & nam-pla wan (ping @ironchefshellie yum pla fooooo)
These sausages were yummeh! Sai Krok Issan (sour Issan pork sausages, chilli, fresh herbs & cabbages)
The Gaeng Daeng Phed (duck curry) @BangPopMelb was very creamy. Needed more spiciness, luckily for readily available chilli flakes ☺
More Chinese flavours than Thai but this dish was rocking it @BangPopMelb ;) Crispy Pork Belly with Choy Sum (no broccoli) stir fried with oyster sauce, garlic & chilli *noms*
