Not very good at following recipes even with the amazing recipe guide that came with the box. We always seem to improvise!

Decided to add in some green tea soba noodles for the extra pop in colour and instead of cutting the salmon up into bite size pieces as per the instructions, we left it whole. It was too beautiful a piece of fish to butcher up!
