Opened only for dinner and supper. Great place to have a cheap and delicious dinner.
Thank God that there is only one fried oyster pancake stall. Some thing special about this stall is that the owner don't like to break the oysters while frying them. He likes to fried the oysters whole and maintains their texture.
For every single bite, I can tasted the oysters wrapped with the crispy pancake batter. The oysters literal explode in my mouth.

Their pork satay has the golden ratio. 3 parts lean meat : 2 parts fat. The burning charcoal seared the surface of the meat and trapped the juice within while the fat was melting and fused with the meat. The fragrant from the meat was simply incredible. However, the meat was tougher than the last time.
If you ever tried their chicken satay, it will be very hard to find another better one. Words almost can't describe how good their chicken satay was. The soft tender chicken marinated with garlic, onion, salt, sweet and a bit of turmeric. The chicken was so tasty that I almost can't stop eating them.

Look for the part closer to the center because this part has more meat.
The cook made some cuts on the meat to shorten the cooking time and let more flavors get in.
I had never tasted this sweet, spicy and black sauce before. The heat from the charcoal caramelized the sugar in the sauce and gave the string ray a char-ed and sticky texture.
Must order their special BBQ wings. Give it a try and you will know why.

The fresh grinned paste was so flavorful but it wasn't so strong that cover it's taste.
It had been so long since I tried such fresh fish with a tender and sweet meat. Really really good.
