Slices of roasted Danish beef, served with onion relish, rocket salad, gherkins, and oyster mayonnaise. Apparently, the mayonnaise is whipped with fresh oysters (not sure how that works).
I got this as part of the 'Tivoli All Inclusive Pass' which entitles you to 1 meal at selected restaurants, and the above was a menu description. After carefully weighing my options, I have to say that I made the best choice. Bidgr Price was decorated with gorgeous interior, and wifi was available as well.
But of course, the dish itself was really nice; the roast beef was absolutely not dry but super tender and flavorful without being overpowering. The blend of condiments worked really well together with the sweetness of the relish, to the sourness of the gherkins (more like capers to me), and the creaminess of the mayonnaise mixed with the freshness of the greens. All these put together on top of a piece of Danish smørrebrød. I thought they put a bit too much mayonnaise, but hey it's whipped with oysters so I'm not complaining; I still didn't finish the sauce.
After comparing some of the prices around the park, I'd say that this is probably the best place to dine in Tivoli, relative to the other dine-in restaurants.

Can't come to Copenhagen without at least having a glogg. Available pretty much everywhere, cafes, Christmas markets, restaurants, street food carts, you name it! Liked the spiciness of this, but then it reminded me of a hot Spanish sangria. You could amp it up with rum or gin (they handed out samples and it was STRONG, wasn't really feeling like having a ton of alcohol that day though)
