Nozaki beef nestled on a bed of mixed mushrooms with tomatillo salsa and topped with charred onions. The A5 grade Wagyu beef was very flavorful and the lingering savory grease makes it even more irresistible. I was very impressed that the mixed mushrooms underneath tasted exceptionally good too! Love everything in this dish!
Chorizo Fried Rice / Fried Egg (HKD 108) - A winning combo of fried rice and chorizo that added flavors to the rice with a little tinge of spiciness. Is always a good idea of having a sunny side up on our fried rice. 😍😍😍Pretty simple and satisfying!

Mushroom / Mizuna / Burnt Jalapeño (HKD 128) - Started off with Mizuna salad tossed with mixed mushrooms, crispy shallots and burnt jalapeño dressing. There was enough mushrooms in every bite we had, with a tinge of spiciness. Love everything in this simple dish!
