Noticed this stall had a constant trickle of customers even at odd hours and decided to try the dumpling noodle. Surprised at how yummy the sauce was! No wonder the stall says to diet later ( see pic). The dumpling was different too… not the prawn kind I like nor the common meaty kind. I dismissed the taste at first as too mild but later found there are some interesting textures. No idea what’s in it besides carrots. Everyone I saw ordered the char siew. I think that seems like a solid bet 🤣.
