Not a very well known place but serves excellent money worth dishes. Different taste on the sauce they used. Nicely smoked and very good portion!

Usually Japanese fare in hawker centers tend to be watered down versions of the the authentic stuff. Not so for this stall. This stall has a good selection of original dishes that piques your interest and your appetite, usually a good sign of authenticity! The chicken roulade, a chicken roll in sweetish noodle broth was excellent and the tori nanban was freshly fried and wonderfully juicy and tender. Special mention had to be made of the presentation, looking as if it just stepped out of restaurant! Too bad rest of the items were sold out! Edit: Unfortunately, this stall has closed.

Chicken Roulade $4.80. Savory eggy broth and tender chicken thigh with mee-sua-like thin noodles. Really good!!

Tori Nanban $5.80. Crunchy Fried Lotus with tender chicken with special dressing! So so yummy! I finished all with rice~

Look is deceiving. The chicken is smoky , succulent and boneless too! A very nice Japanese styled meal in a food centre.

A fusion dish where east meets west. A good balance between the flavorful #wantons and light floral #soup. Really gotta give it up for these young #hawkers!! #impressed!
