Daughter Peohâs a place youâd run to if youâre desperately looking for something local at an air-conditioned spot. The char koay teow wonât do much in satisfying the craving though as it lacked the qualities of a good Penang-style char koay teow. Felt like I was playing a game of âWhereâs Waldoâ searching for cockles (which are puny) and duck egg (close to none). Filing this under char koay nope.

Soup đ was nice, but the beehoon was a bit uncooked. Told the lady boss about before I left, and she quickly ran to the kitchen to make sure itâs soaked well before cooking.
