Came here for a quick dinner and decided on the Salmon & Roe Rice Bowl! Loaded with marinated salmon and ikura, the rice maintained its individualism, absorbing whatever flavours that seep into them, making each bite gratifying. Wasn't given wasabi and soy sauce to go along with my don as I was kindly warned by the staff that it was already marinated, so additional sauce may make it too salty but I didn't find it savoury enough and asked for it anyways 😂. The service here was impeccable, with friendly and observant staff and I can see myself being a returning customer!
The salmon was thankfully not drenched in shoyu dressing. Hefty price tag still remains though.

The beef was nicely marinated and not overly cooked. The set comes w a complimentary salad too. I hope they have this permanently in their menu!!! 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
