[CLOSED] Easy Chatuchak Beef Noodles

Located at Platform M, a food hall at Paya Lebar. Left with a mind BLOWINGGG experience. I ordered the beef slices ($8.80) that comes with 3 choices of noodles (glass noodles, egg noodles & mama noodles) & a HUGE piece of radish & coriander which zh’ng the whole dish. Added fried garlic to my soup & just A LIL chilli (was informed that their chilli is VERY spicy & it truly was, DO NOT add their chilli like your typical wanton mee chilli 🤣). The soup was so so so good that I managed to convince my table of 6 to order it. It has that umami in it & will DEFINITELY go back for more (this means a lot considering I stay in the FARRR west & am an adventurous person who almost doesn’t try the same thing twice)

When we think of Thailand, shopping and eating comes to mind. Theres something about Thai cuisine that makes it special. Good news! We may not be able to travel right now but we can still have some Thai food at the comfort of our home. .

Featuring my favourite dish here is their Tom Yum Pasta with Prawns ($12.90). This fusion Thai dish was so flavourful and prawns were so fresh. I like that it’s not overly spicy and not creamy. Next is their Classic Beef Noodles ($9.90) made of Thai glass noodles in their in-house beef broth topped with beef shabu slices, beef shank, beef ball, kangkong and radish (seafood/ pork options are available too). Another new in their menu is Fried Pork Belly with homemade spicy chilli sauce ($6.90). Craving satisfied!
