Always a must when i’m visiting bkk, kuay jub is essentially the thai cousin of kuay chup. My favourite part of this dish is the rolled kuey and @deetonguethai ’s version is cheap and decent, just about as close to eating in Thailand as can be. I do wish the pork belly could be more crackling though.
