I found the 100gms FeatherBlade cut of beef to be tasty from a sukiyaki marinate. It was arranged neatly with an onsen egg, crispy garlic chips, furikake and pickles on a base of Japanese rice that’d been seasoned with kombu and dashi for flavour.
