From Paddy Hills' new menu, luscious blue swimmer crab meat in a soft squid ink bun topped with lots of tobiko—just the way we like it. Comes with a side of kimchi slaw and fries. Plus a dollop of wasabi mayo is provided if you're adventurous, but we thought it didn't need it. Definitely a must try if you're visiting Paddy Hills!
