This miso cheesetart is definitely a must-try here, one of their signature bakes. Though the combination might sound a little bizarre and odd for some, it was a surprisingly winning combination. A subtle umami flavour that came with a tinge of saltiness of the miso caramel sauce drizzled onto the creamy, luscious cheese tart- one mouth and I was sold! ๐The tart crust was also firm, solid albeit a little crumbly with a lingering buttery fragrance that I adore! Though I would personally prefer a thicker tart crust, the combination of miso caramel with the rich creamy cheese just made my 1hr+ journey for this cafe was all worth it! ๐ A quiet, peaceful place to chill over a cuppa too, though seats are pretty limited. .
