It's a mystery how they offer yukimuro beef at this price, but it really doesn't matter because they ruined it anyway. I again had a premonition when I saw the beef just laying beside the grill. Seriously?
I mean it's wagyu it's quite obvious still melt in your mouth everything. But yukimuro(snow aged) is meant to taste super clean, rather this one the exterior tastes like it's slightly off. Gosh
It's served on a personal grill which is annoying because that's rlly just deco, there's no flame or anything. And it's impressive in its own right how after grilling you can barely smell the wagyu.
Let's just say you go to cuppage for proper Japanese with Japanese chefs, which are abound in cuppage. No reason to visit these places, not even with cheap yukimuro. I honestly hope they stop wasting wagyu, and I've never thought that about professional chefs(only about myself before haha)
